I guess first of all the lifting of the easement through the property that, is on the Certificate of Survey or on the Minor, that is on the plat and then which pertains to condition #9, Subdivision 228, and that there is a 60' easement that was recorded, and I make a motion for the removal of that easement and then included in my motion is, which pertains to condition #12 of Minor Subdivision 228, which placed an agriculture restriction on Lot 6A-1 and that it is to stay at there until there's been subdivision approval. So part of my motion is to approve the subdivision, for some of the information that I placed on record and then my motion also includes the restriction of further development of that particular lot and then the sprinkler requirement as recommended by
the Amsterdam Fire Department.
